Modena is a very plush, durable mohair velvet that is shorn from Angora goats. The goats are shorn twice a year, without harm of course. The material can be dyed in the most rich, beautiful colors because it takes dye exceptionally well. The hair is long, luxurious, and strong; resistant to moisture wicking, stretching, and creasing.
